Return & Exchange Policy
It is important to us that our customers are always satisfied, we understand there are times you would like to return a product. However, due to the nature of the business and hygiene concerns, all transactions are final.
We do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.
If your product is damaged or missing a replacement may be sent but will require proof of purchase and photo evidence within 7 days.
UK Standard Shipping £2.99
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only. Processed within 48 hours and Delivery to UK is 3-5 working days.
International Tracked shipping £9.99
Europe 5-7 Days
Rest of the World 10-21 Days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (including Bank Holidays) will be processed on the next working day.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect address.
Can I edit or update my order?
Once an order has been placed you are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your order before moving forward.
